In February 2025, Sober Sidekick saw two of our state markets diverge sharply on completed-visit conversion. Rather than guess at the cause, we went deeper — running natural-language speech analytics across thousands of outreach calls from our US-based care operations team to understand exactly how our agents were engaging members in each market.
